REVIEW: DR. S. WONG’S SULFUR SOAP

Today’s review is about my newly-found product for my pimple scars and allergies. So yeah, I have an acne-prone and sensitive skin, and to make it worst, my skin has lower skin regeneration properties (which means, a scar can heal naturally for more than a year).
And to say that my skin is sensitive, i got you here an example scenario: I’m riding on a jeepney for hours, dust and pollution were on the way. When I got home, I got a tiny bump abruptly came out. oh well~ :(
So I’m really in searched of a perfect acne treatment for my skin, I’ve tried a lot. Promise. I asked my bestfriend what cleanser she’s using coz I noticed a big difference on her skin. She recommended this to me, the sulfur soap. I researched first of how effective is this product and I read so many good reviews about it.
Why is this effective:
Sulfur is useful in acne medication and problem skin treatments, as it helps to kill bacteria on the skin, which results in an improvement in acne, pimples, seborrhea and psoriasis conditions.
Benefits of sulfur when used for treating skin problems:
The ingredient sulfur has been used to treat problem skins and acne for decades and still remains a valuable constituent of problem skin care ingredients.
Even from the time of Hippocrates - the father of modern medicine - sulfur preparations have been used to treat skin conditions. Sulfur is an effective treatment of inflammatory pimples and acne lesions  and is also used for seborrheic dermatitis. It acts as a keratolytic and also has germicidal action.
Although it is extremely effective, it takes some time to be effective - so although excellent results are achieved, these normally do not happen overnight. This ingredient must not be confused with sulfa - which is a type of antibiotic.
Classification of sulfur as a cosmetic ingredient:
It is a naturally occurring element and is also used in OTC drug products and is classified as an element as well as an inorganic. It is used as an anti-acne agent, as well as miscellaneous skin-conditioning agent. - www.dermaxime.com/sulfur.htm

If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
Review~
Packaging: 3/5
Comes in a yellow plastic packaging which I find cheap (yeah, what do you expect from the price? :>) Though the back part contains everything you need to know about the product, so plus points for me!
Effectivity: 4/5
It dries up my new pimples on the face (i used it right after my red days, that’s why i got hormonal acne that time). Though i tried it on my upper chest (coz i got two bumps there, but to my surprise I woke up with more than 5 bumps there. :( Looks like it does not suit my body skin.
I’m still documenting the changes on the existing pimple and allergies scars.
Final Verdict: Recommended to those who are in search of an effective acne treatment soap.
